Changing the human story and bringing relief to many in pains, putting a smile on their faces and making our communities, our nations and the world better and safer is a sum total of all our activities –the humanitarianism. Taking the street child off the street, making the orphan child parented, ensuring victims of wars are accommodated, striving to get the sick off their malaise bed, relieving those in depression, the downtrodden, the poverty-stricken and those suffering in pains is the path we’ve taken. KITCHEN BOUY FOUNDATION’s Humanitarian Programs activities are channeled in addressing some of these humanitarian concerns in partnership with the national and international community. Providing warmth items to street children in down town Yaounde on May 30th 2022 was one of the major steps taken in this humanitarian journey.
On Wednesday 24th of August 2022 we visited the under 18 prisoners (minor) the Bamenda Central Prison to give them hope and encourage them on not giving up in life. This was an amazing program, where we shared experiences, and also gave these minors some didactic materials to help them through school (Juvenile Reformatry School Central Prison Bamenda) while in prison. These gifts awarded to them was provided by our Humanitarian Program team coordinators.
On the 27th of August 2022 still under our HP activity plan of action, we had an outreach to Rev. Pastor Valery, who has been bedridden with cancer for two years and unable to walk.
